1. Who these terms cover
Ryffio is provided by CTOL Digital Solutions, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to you, or the organization you are authorized to represent (“you”), when you create an account or use Ryffio. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
A signed order form, enterprise agreement or data-processing agreement takes precedence over these terms where it expressly addresses the same subject. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling. For company details, see the CTOL contact page.
2. Accounts and security
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account and billing details, protect your credentials and API keys, and manage the people you invite to your workspace. You are responsible for activity you authorize, including your agents, tools and integrations. Notify [email protected] promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
3. What the service does
Ryffio helps you configure and operate AI voice agents, test conversations and review call results. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Test your instructions, tools and transfers, verify consequential results and provide human oversight where appropriate.
Ryffio depends on networks, carriers and model providers. Availability, response time and successful task completion are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Ryffio is not an emergency calling service and must not be the only way someone can obtain urgent help.
4. Acceptable use and calling responsibilities
You must comply with the laws that apply to you, your callers and recipients. Obtain required permission for outbound calls, recordings, transcription and personal-data processing. Disclose AI use where required, respect calling hours, keep consent records and honor opt-outs and do-not-call requests.
Do not use Ryffio for fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation, unlawful marketing, unauthorized voice cloning, infringement, malware, security attacks or other unlawful activity. Do not evade limits, misuse another person’s account or interfere with the service. Product guardrails help enforce configuration; they do not replace your legal obligations.
Do not submit regulated health, payment-card or similarly sensitive information unless your deployment, provider contracts and any required written agreement explicitly support that use. A technical privacy or HIPAA setting alone does not establish regulatory compliance.
5. Credits, charges and refunds
Self-service use is prepaid. The Pricing page describes the standard platform rate and additional usage components. The total depends on your configuration and actual usage. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Carrier, number rental and other third-party charges may be billed separately by those providers.
Before paying, review the amount and currency shown in Billing. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation. Credits are a service balance, not a bank deposit, are not transferable without our agreement and cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it. We do not impose a credit-expiry period under these standard terms; a separate enterprise quote may state its own validity period.
Automatic top-ups are optional. If enabled, you authorize the displayed refill amount to be charged to your saved payment method when the balance falls below your chosen threshold. You can disable future automatic top-ups in Billing; this does not reverse completed charges. New calls can be refused when credits are exhausted or a spend limit is reached. A spend limit is checked when calls start; calls already running may incur further usage.
Charges for consumed usage are non-refundable except for billing errors or rights required by law. For unused prepaid credits, contact [email protected] to request a refund review. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights. Contact us promptly about a disputed charge so we can investigate.
Bulk purchases, optional recurring capacity and custom support are governed by the accepted quote or purchase terms. We will disclose material rate changes before they apply to future usage; you can stop using the service before accepting new rates.
6. Your content and personal data
You retain your rights in the content you supply and the call data you are entitled to control. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit that content to provide and protect the service, including transmission to the providers used by your configuration.
You are responsible for the content’s lawfulness and for providing appropriate notices to callers. Where we process caller or customer data on your behalf, you determine its purpose and lawful basis. Ask us for a data-processing agreement before using Ryffio for a workflow that requires one. Our Privacy Policy and provider directory describe data handling and international processing.
7. Platform ownership and third parties
We and our licensors retain rights in Ryffio’s software, design and documentation. You receive permission to use the service during your account’s active term, subject to these terms. You must have the rights needed to use any connected model, carrier, voice, document or external system. Those services may have their own terms and fees. No rights to a third party’s trademarks or voice likenesses are granted by these terms.
8. Suspension and ending service
You can stop using Ryffio at any time. Disable automatic top-ups, stop active campaigns and export data you need before requesting account deletion through the account controls. Deleting an account does not cancel a carrier contract or other services billed by a third party.
We may limit or suspend use for non-payment, unlawful activity, a material breach or a security threat. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to remedy it. We may end the service with reasonable notice and a way to request export and review of unused prepaid credits. Retention and deletion exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibility and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is otherwise provided as available, and we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI responses or a particular business outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from these terms. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for Ryffio during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date and version appear above. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the service or your account email before they apply. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
Swiss law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. No provision restricts rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
