Individuals & small teams

Your first voice agent.
Three clear steps.

Create your account. Add credits. Take a browser call. You can connect a phone number after you have tested your agent.

01 / Register

Make a place for your agents.

Create your account with an email and password, or use an available sign-in provider. Verify your email when prompted. Your workspace keeps your assistants, team and billing together.

Next, you will land on Home with a checklist. Account creation does not buy credits or start calls.

02 / Top up

Add the credits you need.

Open Settings → Billing, choose Buy credits and enter an amount from $5 to $10,000 USD. Pay by card through Stripe. Your balance updates after the payment is confirmed.

Review pricing first: the standard platform rate is $0.05 per minute, with speech, model, voice, analysis and phone costs added according to usage. You can enable automatic top-ups after saving a card, or buy credits manually.

Only workspace admins can purchase credits. New calls stop when your balance runs out. Provider keys and any phone-carrier account are configured separately.

03 / Use

Give it a job. Then talk to it.

  1. Open Agents → Create assistant. Pick a template and add your business name and instructions.
  2. Choose a voice and model. Add your business documents if the agent needs knowledge.
  3. Select Talk, allow your microphone and make a browser test call. A phone number is not required.
  4. Open the call record. Check the transcript, outcome, extracted details and itemised cost. Adjust and test again.
  5. For phone calls, connect your Twilio account under Settings → Integrations, then import or buy a number under Phone. Carrier availability and separate charges apply.

To book appointments or update customer records, connect the relevant system through a tool. Test that tool and any human transfer before going live.

Know what a good first call looks like.

Start with one task: answer a question, collect a lead or request a booking. Check that the agent confirms the details, calls the correct tool and hands over when it should.
